I bought this patio chair set about a month ago, and so far I’m happy with it. The chairs feel sturdy to me, not flimsy or wobbly, which was one of the main things I was hoping for. They’ve already been through some rain and the finish still looks nice, so my impression is that the quality is better than I expected for the price. One of the boxes showed up with a small dent, but luckily everything inside was fine. Overall, I’d say it was a good buy

I reached out to support and they got back to me fast!! Really appreciated how quick and easy it was.

The emails from them were confusing and took a while to come through. I ended up asking the same question twice and still didn’t really get a clear answer, which made the whole order more annoying than it needed to be. That part was weird

I ordered this from thebetterbackyard.com it looked fine when it arrived. Setup wasn’t too bad either. But once I started using it, it just didn’t feel as solid or steady as I expected. A few parts wobble more than I’m comfortable with, so I’m not fully confident in it. Maybe I just bought it at a bad time or got one from an iffy batch, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel a lot more stable.

The delivery showed up late, which was frustrating. I felt kind of pressured waiting around and trying to adjust my plans because I wasn’t sure when it would actually arrive

I went on thebetterbackyard.com hoping to browse some backyard stuff, but there was just not much there.

A bunch of the things I expected to find were missing, and a few sections looked almost empty. It made the whole shopping experience feel like a waste of time.

Maybe it is fine if you only need something super basic, but I was hoping for more options. I ended up leaving the site and buying somewhere else.

Now that it’s put together, the product looks good, but getting it assembled was more frustrating than it needed to be. A few of the holes didn’t line up quite right, and the instructions weren’t as clear as they should’ve been. I ended up spending more time on it than expected and had to get someone to help. It’s not a bad product, but for the price, it feels fair to expect the assembly process to be a little easier and better thought out.

I’ve been dealing with a warranty problem and it still isn’t fixed. I’ve reached out to support a few times, but the responses have been slow and not very helpful. It kind of feels like I’m just being passed from one person to another without anyone giving me a straight answer. Maybe they’re just overwhelmed, or maybe they’re hoping I’ll drop it, I don’t know. Either way, it’s disappointing after spending money on it.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from them, my experience was frustrating. They were friendly enough before I paid, but once the order was done, getting any real help felt nearly impossible. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve how they handle customers after payment.

I was disappointed with the design options on The Better Backyard. Most of it felt really basic, and I didn’t feel like I had much control over the colors, layouts, or overall style. I kept trying to make it feel more like what I had in mind, but the choices were just too limited.

It might be fine if you just want something simple, but for me it ended up feeling frustrating and not really worth the time.

I’m particular about what I buy for my yard, especially when it costs this much, so I was expecting something that felt a little more solid and polished. It looked better in the photos online than it did once it arrived, and in person it just came across as average.

For the price, I personally expected better quality or at least a more premium feel. I’ve bought similar items elsewhere for less that seemed just as good, if not better. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I wouldn’t buy it again

The installer showed up late, seemed to rush through the job, and then left without really going over everything with me. It just didn’t feel like much care was put into the install once they had the sale lined up. I got the impression the company is more focused on getting paid and moving on to the next customer than making sure the work is done right.

The ordering process was more annoying than I expected. Checkout was lagging quite a bit, which made the whole thing feel less smooth than it should’ve been. Also, the updates came later than I would have liked, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. Overall, it worked out, but the experience could definitely be more efficient.
